Hello, I am a traveler from the beautiful city of York, known for its historic charm and friendly locals. I truly appreciate hotels that offer free onsite parking, cozy rooms, and delicious breakfast options. the staff at this hotel were simply fantastic - welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. the young lady who checked us in even went out of her way to help us park in the pouring rain. the bar staff and breakfast server were also incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were delicious. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
